After selecting P mode in your DLSR camera and choosing continuous shot, go into your menu and open options for AEB adjustment. Move your balance to -2, 0, +2. Make sure your camera is on a tripod for image stability. Either use a infrared or wired remote to snap 3 pictures. Use a program such as HDRtist or PhotoMatrix to adjust and combine your 3 images into one rendered TIFF or JPEG. Go into Photoshop and adjust the curves, levels and shadows until your happy with how the image looks. These are the steps I have taken for the following images as examples.
